By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GenFusion mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
GenFusion is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
By using the App, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The App is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly allow users under 18 to access our services.
We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of this age restriction.
GenFusion provides AI-powered image generation services. Users can input text prompts or upload reference images to generate new artwork using Artificial Intelligence models.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using supported authentication methods (such as Google Sign-In).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
GenFusion uses artificial intelligence to generate images and other digital content based on user-provided inputs.

Enforcement: We employ automated safety filters and manual review mechanisms. We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access if prohibited use is detected. Any violation of this Content Policy will result in the immediate and permanent banning of your account without refund.
Subject to the terms of the AI model providers (Google Gemini), you own the rights to the images you generate using GenFusion. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes, provided they do not violate our Content Policy or applicable laws.
You retain ownership of images and prompts you upload to the App.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for providing the requested services.
We do not sell user-generated content.
The GenFusion app source code, design, logos, and trademarks are the property of Tanoti Coder. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App's underlying technology.
GenFusion may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases to access premium features.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. You agree to Google Play's Terms of Service regarding payments.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via Google Play or unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Google Play Store settings.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current period.
All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies and are handled at the sole discretion of Google Play according to their refund policies.
We do not manage or control payment processing directly.
You may request account deletion at any time through the App or via our support contact.

Certain non-personal, anonymized, or aggregated data may remain for legal, security, or operational purposes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
The App and the AI-generated content are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the AI generations will always be accurate, high-quality, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenFusion and its operators shall not be liable for:
In no event shall Tanoti Coder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (specifically the Age Restriction or Content Policy).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and means you accept the updated Terms.
