By downloading, accessing, or using GenFusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the app.

These Terms apply to all users of the GenFusion mobile application available on Google Play.

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

2. Description of Service

GenFusion is an AI-powered image generation application that allows users to create images based on prompts or uploaded content.

The app may include both free and paid features, including subscriptions and in-app purchases.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GenFusion. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account, including signing in via Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use GenFusion to:

• Impersonate real individuals or create misleading content
• Generate content intended to deceive or mislead others
• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or exploit the service

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the app.

By using GenFusion, you grant Tanoti Bits a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your content solely for:

• Providing app functionality
• Generating requested AI outputs
• Maintaining service reliability

We do not claim ownership over your uploaded or generated content.

We do not actively review or moderate user-generated content unless required by law or policy enforcement.

8. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

GenFusion may offer paid features through subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.

• All payments are processed via Google Play Billing
• Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play
• Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies

Tanoti Bits does not directly handle payment information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep GenFusion available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Update or change app functionality

Without prior notice.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions

Users may delete their account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

GenFusion is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanoti Bits shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Misuse of AI-generated images
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the app is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tanoti Bits from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your generated or uploaded content
• Violation of these Terms

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Updated Terms will be posted within the app or on our website
• Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
